Terms and Conditions of the CampAtlas Polska / Pricing Plan
1. General Provisions
The operator of the CampAtlas website is TOSANUS Paweł Tomczak, Aleja Spacerowa 62, 05-825 Książenice, NIP 957-028-59-78, REGON 366828244, kontakt@campatlas.eu.
2. Subject of the Service
The “CampAtlas Polska” plan provides access to the full version of the CampAtlas map, which includes a database of caravaning points across Poland.
Access includes all features available to premium users, including the ability to browse the full database of points, use category filters, and access Google Maps navigation.
3. Validity Period
Access purchased as part of the launch offer is valid until 31 December 2027.
Access expires automatically after the validity period ends and does not renew automatically.
4. Price
The price of the plan is displayed on the purchase page and may be expressed in PLN or EUR.
The organiser may periodically offer promotional prices. A purchase made during a promotional period retains full access validity regardless of any later price changes.
5. Payment
Payment is made as a one-time payment through the available electronic payment methods.
After the payment has been successfully recorded, access is activated automatically.
6. Nature of Access
Access is assigned to one user account and is intended exclusively for personal use.
It is prohibited to share the account with third parties, resell access, or use CampAtlas data to build competing databases.
7. Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing access to CampAtlas, the user agrees to the start of the service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
After access to the map has been activated, the user loses the right to withdraw from the agreement in accordance with Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
